Refund policy

Almost all watches on our website have at least a 2-year brand guarantee (exceptions are clearly stated). Should your watch stop working within the warranty period, you can claim the warranty.

Please note! The warranty does not cover

  • a dead battery: the most common reason a watch stops working is that the battery has run out. We sell outlet watches at a large discount and these are usually not the most recent collections. We ship all watches running, but if the battery runs out sooner than expected, you can have it replaced at your own expense.
  • the watch strap after having worn the watch.
  • own fault / external influences: e.g. if the watch has been broken, submerged deeper than allowed etc etc.

Usually you can say that warranty on a watch refers to the functioning of the movement inside the watch (excluding the battery).

We would also like to draw your attention to the possibility of returning and exchanging your order:

When purchasing our products, you have the option to cancel the agreement without giving reasons from January to October for 14 days and in November and December for 30 days from the day of receipt of the product. You can exchange your order for another product during this period or return it for a refund. When returning a watch due to a defect, please contact us first (preferably by phone).

When exchanging or returning, always use our return form, which you can download here.

During the 14-day period from January to October and 30 days in November and December, you must handle the product and any packaging carefully in order to retain your right of withdrawal. You may only unpack or use the product during this period to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original packaging and condition. Our full obligation towards you in case of return can also be read in our general terms and conditions, article 9.

When returning an entire order, we will refund you the full purchase price, including any (standard) shipping costs you paid for your order, within 14 days after we receive notification that you wish to return this product. We will not charge you for the return, but we will not reimburse your return shipping costs. Unstamped mail will not be accepted by us. You are responsible for the return and we cannot be held responsible for the disappearance of a return in the post. We therefore advise you to always send returns as carefully as possible (preferably by registered post).

If you have a complaint about watchoutlet.com, we will answer it within 14 days from the date of receipt. A complaint about a product or our service can also be submitted via a complaint form on the website of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk: www.keurmerk.info. The complaint will then be sent both to us and to Stichting Webshop Keurmerk.
