Shipping and order information

At outletwatchstore.com we make buying your new watch simple and straightforward! We are an online store, so you can easily place your order directly from the page of the desired product.

Fast shipping for local orders

  • Netherlands: Orders placed on working days before 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day and are usually delivered the next working day
  • Belgium: Orders placed on working days before 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day and are usually delivered within one to two working days
  • Germany: For all orders from Germany, our standard processing time is 3-7 working days
  • For all other countries, we depend on the carriers we use. For the EU, this is usually also within 3-7 working days. For orders outside the EU, please contact us and we will discuss the best shipping option.

Your order process

Ordering your watch is easy:

  • Choose your watch: Find the watch you like and add it to your shopping cart
  • Select country and payment method: You will then be asked to select the country where you want your order to be delivered and your preferred payment method
  • Check your costs: On the same page, you will see a complete overview of the total costs
  • All watches on our website include VAT.

Shipping costs at a glance:

We ship via our delivery partner PostNL. Below you will find an overview of our shipping costs:

  • Netherlands: Shipping costs € 6.95, or is free for watches with a retail price of €100.00 or more
  • Belgium: Shipping costs € 8.95. As in the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders of watches with a retail price of € 100.00 or more.
  • Germany: Standard shipping costs are € 7.95 for orders up to €150,00. Shipping to Germany is free for all orders over € 150,00.
  • For other countries: A fixed shipping surcharge applies, which varies depending on the destination. The exact amount will be clearly stated in your order overview before you confirm your purchase and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your details: On the next page, enter your address details. If it is a gift, you can also specify a different recipient here.
  • Confirm your order: Finally, check all the details you have entered and confirm your order, thereby agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Payment & shipping

  • Prepayment: If you choose “prepayment”, your order will be completed immediately. We will send you an invoice by email and once we have received your payment, your watch will be shipped within 24 hours
  • Online payments: If you pay via iDeal, Bancontact, Klarna or credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment page from Shopify Payments, our trusted partner for online payments
  • Follow the standard steps to complete your payment.
  • Important: Do not close the online shop immediately after payment, but accept the message to continue. This will ensure that your order is registered as completed with us.
  • Your watch will then be shipped according to the terms and conditions described above.
